01Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the BullProxy network you agree to these Terms. If you use BullProxy on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organization.
02Accounts & verification
You must provide accurate information and may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC). We may suspend accounts that cannot be verified.
03Permitted use
The service may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all traffic sent through your credentials.
04Billing & refunds
Plans are one‑time purchases and never renew automatically. Because proxies are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non‑refundable — if a plan does not work as described, contact support within 3 days.
05Service levels
We target 99.9% gateway uptime. Custom SLAs are available for high‑volume customers.
06Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullProxy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
07Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
